SUNSUN CUV-207 UV-C Lamp
The SUNSUN CUV-207 UV-C lamp is designed to keep the water clear in ponds with a capacity of up to 6,000 liters. The device uses 7 W of UV-C radiation, which helps limit the growth of algae responsible for green water and reduce the number of bacteria in circulation. This model works with pumps with a flow rate of up to 1,200 l/h, allowing it to effectively support the filtration system. The device’s total power consumption is 11 W.
Cleaner and clearer water
UV-C radiation affects microorganisms and algae floating in the water, causing them to die or clump together into larger clusters. This allows the mechanical filter to more easily capture contaminants, which improves water clarity. Regular use of the lamp helps reduce the problem of green water, which often occurs during warm and sunny months. The result is a more aesthetically pleasing pond and better conditions for fish and aquatic plants.
Easy installation in an existing system
The SUNSUN CUV-207 can be connected to both new and existing filtration systems. The manufacturer has included step adapters that allow for the connection of hoses with diameters of 1/2" and 3/4", or approximately 13 mm and 19 mm. This solution makes it easy to adapt the device to common setups used in home ponds. The compact design, measuring 242 mm in length, allows for convenient installation of the lamp even in spaces with limited room.
Durable construction and convenient operation
The device is equipped with a high-performance 7 W UV-C bulb, which is characterized by a long service life and stable operation. The lamp’s design has been developed to make cleaning and periodic maintenance as simple and time-efficient as possible. A maximum operating pressure of 0.3 bar ensures safe operation in typical garden installations. Thanks to its combination of effectiveness, low energy consumption, and ease of use, the CUV-207 model is a practical solution for pond owners.
