The product catalog presented on this website is independent of physical stores, both in terms of price and stock quantities.
In the event of any typographical/computer error in the presentation/description/price of the products, and other information, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms. Likewise, Emmegastore has the right to propose changes to the order if the error is harmful to the company. All products sold on emagastore.com comply with Portuguese legislation.
The colors displayed on computers depend on several factors such as the resolution of the monitor and the color temperature setting of the monitor itself, therefore, the actual color of the product may not be exactly the same as the color shown in the photograph. However, we are always careful to provide the photographs on the product page as accurately as possible.
Orders
Placing an order at emagastore.com respects all e-commerce regulations and laws. Any order is subject to respective acceptance, which will always be confirmed by sending an email communicating the dispatch of the product(s) - Dispatch Confirmation.
The purchase and sale contract will only be formalized with the communication of the Dispatch Confirmation and will only concern the products mentioned therein. If the order is not accepted after any debit has been made to the user's account, the respective amount will be refunded in full.
In case of unavailability of the product or out of stock, Emagastore will inform the customer by email within a maximum period of 3 working days, offering as an alternative i) other products that correspond and come close to what is desired, ii) indication of the approximate date for restocking the product. As a last resort, if the user loses interest in the order, they may choose to cancel with the right to a refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 8 days, using the same payment method or in the form of a discount voucher for a future purchase in the online store.
The customer is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to emegastore and undertakes to immediately insert any changes to them into their emegastore.com registration account. emegastore declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, particularly at the time of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficient data communicated by the customer. You must provide your personal data and correct addresses, so that emegastore can properly process orders. Any user errors in your order or changes to it can only be made until the user confirms the purchase, that is, payment. If you wish to correct the order placed, the customer must request this correction by email, sending an email to info@emegastore.com. The validity of the correction request depends on confirmation of its receipt, in writing, by Emmegastore.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the respective invoice, the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow them to track the order on the carrier's website.
In accordance with the provisions of law 7/2004 of January 7th, relating to electronic commerce, emegastore reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination in which the error concerns an essential element of the contract, as well as in the case of a computer error, an error in the PVP, out of stock or a product error.
Pricing and payments
The prices indicated on this website are presented in Euros, include VAT, but do not include delivery costs (they are calculated during the checkout process, if applicable).
emegastore reserves the right to change sales prices at any time. The retail prices charged in the online store are independent of the sales prices in our physical stores.
If you do not receive your order due to a shipping failure, a credit note will be issued associated with the original order and then a new invoice that will accompany the shipment of the items. The second invoice issued will have the same value as the initial invoice, regardless of the value of the item on the date the new document was issued. Therefore, if the item is on sale you will find a “Promotional Adjustment” item on your new invoice whose value corresponds to the difference between the value of the item on the date on which the first invoice was issued and the date on which the second was issued.
You can make payment with MultiBanco Reference, with debit or credit cards or through MBWay.
We use the company EUPAGO for all payment transactions for Ref Multibanco, MB Way and card services.
Credit cards are subject to validation and authorization checks by the issuing entities, but if they do not authorize payment, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to conclude the purchase and sale contract with the user.

Attempted Delivery and Collection at Partner Point (GLS) ✅
The carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel to the address provided.
If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery or if the recipient cannot be located, the parcel will be forwarded to the nearest GLS Collection Point.

Follow the order
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a code to track your order on the carrier's website. You can also check the status of your order in the Customer Area or on the direct link at the bottom of the website under "Track Orders".
After the order has been dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the order passes to the respective transport company.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation, regardless of the reason or reason for the delay.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time and without prior notice. In any case, the shipping costs that appear when placing the order will be valid.
emegastore declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products they wish to order.
The risk of damage or loss is passed on to the buyer at the time of delivery or, if delivery is mistakenly refused when attempted, or if the details provided are not correct.
Additional surcharges may apply if the buyer is not present at the time and place of delivery.
An order is considered "delivered" with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address stated on the order.
If the products are not received and for this reason are returned to Vantagem Linear Lda, we advise that the customer may collect the products subject to the order at the company's address within a maximum period of 15 days, on working days from 9:00 to 12:00 or from 13:30 to 17:00, as long as they provide the respective order form and valid identification document. Alternatively, you can, within the same period, contact the customer support of the Emagastore online store in writing, communicating the address to which you want the products in question to be re-dispatched, proceeding with prior payment, via bank reference, of the shipping costs.
After the aforementioned maximum period of 15 days, emegastore will consider the products abandoned by the customer, reserving the right to destroy them or dispose of them as it sees fit. We also warn that the warranty periods for re-dispatched products may have expired, as they begin to run from the moment of first dispatch to the address indicated by the customer. In these cases, emegastore declines any and all responsibility for any defect or non-conformity that the products may have.
The expected shipping and delivery time, as well as any conditions or observations relevant to the completion date of the order process, are indicated, as an informative note, in each of the delivery options in the “Shipping” tab. Order shipments are only made on business days, so weekends and national or local holidays are excluded from the estimated time for order delivery. Furthermore, the shipping time does not include delays resulting from customs processes or delays by the transport company.
The indicated shipping deadlines will be met under normal order processing conditions, which is why exceptions are made in situations involving an exceptional increase in the volume of orders, limited stock that may occur during festive periods or during promotional campaigns, as well as other eventualities that prevent the regular provision of the delivery service. Estimated shipping and delivery dates may change depending on the day of the week orders are placed.
Customer information about order shipping may take up to 24 hours, counting from receipt of shipping confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any responsibility being attributed to Emagastore.
emegastore offers several regular delivery services, which are subject to each carrier's own procedures, particularly with regard to the data necessary to carry out the service, transport modalities, deadlines, costs and constraints associated with the specificities of the orders to be delivered and mechanisms for validating the identity of the recipient of the purchase or the third party representing them.
The customer may choose to receive the order at an address of their choice (except PO Boxes). To do so, simply provide the address where you will be present between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on the day scheduled for delivery. A delivery attempt will be made, by a courier from the chosen transport service, to the indicated address.
It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the courier's route on the day of delivery, which is defined by the transport service.
Entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to emegastore and result in additional costs for the customer; For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details indicated.
In any shipping method, for reasons of service organization and carrier distribution procedures, the recipient's identification data will be printed on a label that will be placed on the outside of the transport box. In the case of customers' personal data, it is advisable to destroy or erase them after receiving the order in order to prevent such data from being consulted by third parties after discarding the packaging at recycling points.
Once emegastore is notified and confirms that there has been an error in the product(s) shipped or a defective product(s) has been shipped, emegastore will bear the return costs upon collection, at the delivery address, of the product(s) in question. To do so, an Emagastore customer support employee will contact the customer to schedule the collection or to send the label that must be attached to the packaging so that shipping is free. Collections are carried out by GLS.
Exchanges, returns and complaints
When you receive your order, you must always confirm that the item is in perfect condition, without manufacturing defects or other anomalies. Do not accept receiving your order if the packaging is visibly damaged or opened. If you detect that the item is not as intended, you must contact us as soon as possible, so that we can exchange the item.
The exchange or return of any item must be made through the same channel as the purchase.

Rejection of returns
The main reasons for rejecting the return are the following:
- The product was returned 15 days after the date of receipt of the order;
- The product was not sent in a safety box and the product is damaged;
- The item was sold in a pack and was not returned in full;
- The product is not in perfect condition, exactly as it was sold. A return will be rejected if the product shows any damage, deterioration or dirt, evidence of use or any type of external or internal damage. Likewise, if the product box/packaging shows any damage (written, with tape or manipulated), the return will not be accepted.
If the product you wish to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and if, for that reason, you benefited from a product offer, the customer must return not only the product in question but also the offer given to you with your purchase.
Complaints and Guarantees
Shipping Error
In the case of a shipping error caused by Emegastore /Transporter, the customer will have the right to exchange/return, and must contact Customer Support so that we can schedule the collection of the item, thus Emagastore assuming all the costs of the exchange/return and new shipping.
Defect/Warranty Claims (RMA)
If the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, the request must be made using the RMA form available on the website.

The RMA request must include:

After initial analysis, we may request that the product be sent for technical evaluation.
Shipping Costs

Resolution Time
The time frame may vary between 30 to 60 days, depending on the technical analysis and the brand.
Warranty Policy:
Items from the brands we represent and are partners with will be guaranteed in accordance with the brand's own Warranty Policy, while Emmegastore brand products will be guaranteed in accordance with this brand's policy.
Guarantee period: 2 years from the date of purchase/receipt of the merchandise.
Exclusions
Please note that defects or quality problems resulting from:
- normal wear and tear;
- intentional damage, abnormal storage or use conditions, accident, negligence on the part of the Customer or any third party;
- failure to use the products in accordance with the instructions for use;
- failure to wash/maintain products in accordance with the washing instructions indicated by the brand, both for the product and associated customizations;
- any alteration or repair made by the Customer or a third party.
Refund
Refunds are made using the same payment method used to place the order. Your refund will be available the next business day after we issue it and receive confirmation of your refund from us.
Emmegastore may retain the refund until the next business day after receiving the returned goods.
Situations in which you can ask about refunding shipping costs for your order.
- non-delivery of the order for reasons attributable to Emagastore or the carrier: the customer will be fully reimbursed for the amount they may have paid as shipping costs only if the error or defect is found in all of the products shipped.
- error in the product(s) shipped or shipping of a defective product(s): the customer will be fully refunded the amount they may have paid as shipping costs only if the error or defect is found in all of the products shipped.

Complaints about defects in items after use are accepted; to do so, you must contact us through our Customer Support.
Marketing and Communication
The campaigns carried out in the emegastore online store have specific regulations for each of them. As such, returns for purchases made in these campaigns will be based on the final billing value and not the original value of the items.
